Why Cani ?

Whether you are renting or letting a property our friendly and helpful staff are devoted to providing a Constant And Never- ending Improvement in the level and type of service to tenants and landlords to keep current as well as to attract new business.

From the moment you enter the office the “CANI help you” buzz is felt everywhere, with enthusiastic and friendly staff members who strive to provide a transparent, honest and committed service to both their clients and applicants.

Property Valuation

To find out how much your property is worth, take advantage of our free valuation service with no obligation. By contacting one of our experienced Lettings Negotiators over the phone, we can give you a current rental guide, but it would be more accurate following a visit to your property.

Marketing

Professional marketing and presentation of a property is also a key concern for CANI, thus they produce high quality full colour particulars with a selection of carefully chosen pictures to show how the property is laid out. Hence they are continually searching for different methods that can better every corner of their business, from customer service, to successful utilisation of the latest technology to the delivery of the highest quality property information.

Feedback

CANI firmly believes that communication is a vital ingredient to any successful business; therefore they devote their time in keeping clients regularly informed about their given process, as well as to discuss issues such as accompanied viewings, feedback and other advice. We don’t avoid the difficult calls either — if things aren’t going as well as expected we will discuss solutions with all parties to get the job done in the most efficient way.

Accompanied Viewings

Where possible, our trained Lettings Negotiators accompany all prospective tenants around the property including evenings and at weekends.

Letting Agreed

Once we have found a suitable tenant for your property we seek a number of references to check that they can afford the rent including Employer's and Landlord's references, credit checks and obtain documentation supporting the tenant's financial status.

It should be appreciated that referencing and credit checks cannot always eliminate risk. Tenant’s ability to pay the rent can be effected by individual circumstances, such as redundancy. Therefore, we provide rent and legal protection insurance for managed properties.
